Anna Arena, born in Milan, parisian of adoption. My work is about fashion, in particular fashion design, trend research and illustration.

Graduate in 2001 at Marangoni Institute of Milan, I start working as assistant designer for Daneri and Marchetti fashion design studio in Milan, working for Gabriella Frattini, Elena Miro’, Ellesse, Giuliano Fujiwara. Then for Dolce&Gabbana, where I an assitant designer / production, having the chance to work directly with two great designers and all their team for two years.

Living in New York for three years, I work as freelance designer for two outerwear companies: Mycra Pac and Amerex. Then as full-time designer for the womenswear Spiegel Catalog, responsable for Shape fx line. I still work with them doing trend and creative research and fashion exhibitions’ reports.

Finally, since 2006 I live in Paris, where I first work first for the french womenswear company Weinberg, for one season. Then as woven responsible designer at Berenice, young and trendy womenswear company, for three years.

After having my two children, I join with enthousiasm the women department at Carlin Creative Trend Bureau, as trend forecaster for their trend books, as well as consulting fashion designer for companies like Sassy Soda by Westside (Tata Group, India) et La Halle.

I continue my career as consulting fashion designer free-lance.

My assets are a varied job expertise, technical skills, and overall a natural passion for fashion and beauty.
